Therapist Overview

Imagine a life free of the burdens that are weighing you down today – a life that feels meaningful, engaging and enjoyable again. As a therapist, I work collaboratively to help professional women liberate themselves from unhelpful patterns, painful past experiences, and negative stories that are holding them back. I can help with a variety of experiences like stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship or family issues. I have a special interest in trauma and working with women of color to improve their mental health. I use a variety of tools and techniques to help my clients rewrite the narratives that are holding them back in their lives. Helping my clients tap into their creativity and self-expression is often an important part of our work together. I also take a feminist and womanist approach, meaning that all parts of your identity are welcome to be explored here. I offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation for new clients to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Reach
