*Waitlist for New Clients at this time* I offer a therapeutic approach that is genuine, authentic, and challenges my clients to be the best version of themselves. I strive to create a warm environment whilst also being honest and straightforward. My goal is to normalize your experiences and walk with you on your journey to create positive change. I specialize in working with: Survivors of abuse and/or neglect, those struggling with depression and/or anxiety, teens who are experiencing academic or behavioral challenges, and families who are having difficulty communicating effectively with one another. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In certain circumstances, I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques (though I am NOT an officially certified DBT therapist). I also utilize Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy and Positive Psychology. I accept clients between the ages of 6-65 and have extensive experience working with adolescents. My office is a safe space for individuals from all religious and ethnic backgrounds. I am also LGBTQA affirming.
