For me it is a privilege and honor to be able to help your child or teen through life’s difficulties. I specialize in working with children and families with issues like: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, behavioral issues, peer relationships, family conflict, trauma and substance use. I have been trained in techniques like: cognitive-behavioral techniques, emotional freedom techniques, EMDR, family systems, mindfulness, motivational interviewing & solution focused brief therapy.
