Woauchimmer der Schuh drückt in Ihrer mentalen Gesundheit, ich helfe meinen Klienten bei der Überwindung neuer, alter, akuter, oder “vergessener” Lebens-Herausforderungen. Mein theoretischer Ansatz orientiert sich an CBT – cognitive behavioral theory. Ausserdem baut meine Arbeit auf Positiver Psychology auf, bildet Resilienz und verwendet viel Ermutigung. Was ich anbieten kann ist Lebens- und Arbeitserfahrung die ich in fünf Ländern auf zwei Kontinenten sammeln konnte: als Therapeutin, Professorin, Mutter, und Ehefrau. Wo auch immer der Schuh drückt, ich kann gut zuhöhren und kann zumindest einen Ansatz zur Lösung von vielen Lebensproblemen anbieten. Ausserdem lebe Ich seit 20 Jahren in Columbus und kann mich deshalb vielleicht zusätzlich auch noch ein bisschen besser in Immigrationsprobleme einfühlen.
