Therapist Overview

Seeing clients via Telehealth only. Whether it’s difficulties at work or in personal relationships, we sometimes need a safe place to sort things out. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with a specialization in trauma & crisis, I have the training and tools necessary to work with a wide-range of mental health conditions. I have experience working with adults and children in individual, group, and family counseling settings. I practice an integrative, holistic approach to counseling; focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit while relying heavily on trauma-informed therapies. I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Informed therapist and offer hypnosis for PTSD. My USAF Security Police background and 20+ years experience working in the oil and gas industry contribute to my understanding of special circumstances facing the workforce and military veterans. My personal area of advocacy is the prevention and intervention of family violence.
