The foundations of my therapeutic approach come from a Jungian theoretical conceptualization with a humanistic/person-centered approach. I genuinely enjoy the counseling relationships I build, as well as working with people from a strengths-based approach that utilizes self-empowerment and self-awareness. I specialize in working with young to middle aged adults or couples experiencing stress, anxiety, panic, grief/loss, trauma, and identity or interpersonal struggles. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing that it is often what has happened in our lives causing these struggles, rather than something wrong with us.
