My goal in collaborating with you is to help create a safe place to explore mistaken beliefs about yourself that are impeding the ability to live a meaningful life. We will shift problematic patterns and challenge unuseful stories that can invite in relationships and values that bring you joy. Common themes we may explore are anxiety, depression, body image, perfectionism, job distress, attachment issues, adoption, grief and loss, trauma, couple and family challenges, parenting, and child development. I am trained as an emotionally focused therapist (EFT). I work with couples, families, and individuals. Even in individual therapy we will explore the significant relationships in your life.
