Therapist Overview

I work with adult individuals of all ages and genders dealing with a range of issues. I especially love working with anxiety, existential concerns, grief, identity challenges, struggles with family and relationships, and challenges with food and body image. I enjoy helping clients navigate life transitions and make meaning out of painful or challenging experiences. I also enjoy using a social justice lens in my work for those who wish to consider the ways that larger social systems may be affecting their experiences and sense of self. I view therapy as a collaborative process and I take a relational, client-centered approach. At heart of my approach is my belief that we experience healing and transformation in authentic and empathic connection. As an existential therapist, I approach both the light and dark sides of being human with curiosity and compassion and I welcome parts of you that may have been silenced by painful experiences or oppressive social messages. My goal as a therapis
