I am a MFT student trainee. My ideal client would be someone who is going through major life shifts that has created curiosity around their self identity and questions around their confidence in all aspects of life. Someone who struggles with anxiety and depression who does not feel as if they are “enough” and are having difficulties maintaining healthy relationships around them with a partner/s, friends, and family. Their goal would be to feel a sense of security within themselves exploring the stories and patterns that have led them to have these belief systems that are not supporting their best “Self”. My specialty is using somatic approaches “the felt sense” helping the client be in tune with the bodily processes especially when heavy emotions arise.
