I endeavor to establish robust and trustworthy therapeutic connections with each of my clients. I provide compassionate assistance by actively listening and gently encouraging. I instruct clients in the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which involves avoiding negative thought patterns that might contribute to symptoms of mental health.
