Therapist Overview
Freud once said, “We are never so defenseless against suffering as when we love.” I am honored to journey alongside suffering couples and families as they find their way to peace, understanding, and healing. I have come to understand the antidote to suffering is connection. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families find deeper connections with the ones they love. I completed my undergraduate work at BYU-I in Marriage and Family Studies and am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. I also have experience working with families and individuals who suffer with addiction and mental health disorders. I have spent the past three years working at Utah Addiction Centers, a residential treatment center for individuals suffering with chemical, behavioral, and feeling addictions. My specialties include: Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Adolescents and Young Adults, Addiction, Divorced and/or Blended Families
