Our culture can place extreme and undue pressure on us to perform at extremely high levels, whether in our jobs, our relationships, or our families. Many times these expectations require us to ignore the limitations of being human, and as a result, we live with a persistent fear of not being enough. Relearning how to work with our limitations, rather than ignoring them, is the path to finding our happiness and fulfillment, yet requires us to address courageously much of what we have been taught and believed about ourselves. I approach you with a framework that presumes that you are, in fact, enough, that you are a creative and courageous person. You already possess the ABILITY to make the changes you want, but may not have all the information you need to implement them. While many traditional approaches are limited to talking about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, I offer a unique integration of the body’s role in making change.
