Therapist Overview
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed often? Do you constantly feel on edge, like you have little or no control over your emotions? Maybe you aren’t sure what you feel or how to move forward. Whatever it is that you are going through, therapy can provide a safe, contained, space for you to process your inner world, gain clarity and learn new ways of approaching challenges in your life. When working with clients, I strive to have a warm, collaborative approach that is rooted in an honest, non-judgmental stance. I approach treatment from a Cognitive Behavioral framework while also integrating interventions based on Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and Narrative therapy. I understand that it takes courage to begin this process, but I truely believe therapy offers a unique opportunity for healing and growth. As we work together, we will explore the core beliefs that create undesired patterns in your life while also learning to cultivate self compassion and acceptance in this process.
