Sometimes we find ourselves struggling, and it seems that no matter how hard we try, we cannot seem to find a way out on our own. It can be difficult to seek help, and I believe that a collaborative, trusting, and empathic therapeutic relationship serves as the foundation for clients to experience meaningful growth and healing. I provide therapy to adults, children, couples, and families. Some of my specialties include working with adults recovering from trauma; facing relationship issues; or suffering from anxiety or depression.
