Welcome to Mindhaven Counseling! Attending therapy can be an intimidating experience, but at Mindhaven I strive to create a safe, comfortable place for you or someone you love, to open the mind and work through discomfort. I take an active role in helping my clients identify barriers, pursue their goals, and visualize progress. I primarily work with adolescents and their families, to address stress, anxiety, depression, substance use and more. In utilizing CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing approaches, we collaboratively work to find peace.
