I have worked with families for over a decade advocating for maternal/ child health and wellness. I am a trained Birth/Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Consultant and Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). Providing families with a brave space to process transitional issues such as giving birth, relational strains and individual concerns has been my passion and practice throughout the years.
