Although I enjoy working with all client types, my specialty is in substance abuse and codependency. I particularly enjoy working with adolescent and young adult males who are struggling with “failure to launch” issues as they make the transition to becoming responsible adults. My motto is “people will not care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Building a positive client/therapist relationship sets the basis for growth. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University and another Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville.
