Online, I offer specific strength based supports including Positive Psychology, Heart Rate Variability training, Mindfulness, and Meditation (four styles). Fundamental biofeedback (HRV) can be done remotely. This includes biofeedback games kids (adults) can play. I include training guides, handouts and logs to enhance your experience. I have two Biofeedback/Neurofeedback labs which are separate from the trainer. This means you can train in a socially distant manner, never having close (or any) contact with others. Biofeedback/Neurofeedback is particularly good for anxiety, stress, and attention deficit.
