This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan tailored for your needs. I promise to be there for you every possible step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Through Somatic Experience Practice (SEP), I am trained as a trauma resolution specialist. Resolution is achieved by integrating SE with psychological principles of psychodynamic and attachment therapy, and somatic body work. I am also certified in Financial Social Work (FSW), helping others achieve long-term financial behavioral changes and security. I am passionate about assisting individuals who are seeking support in changing maladaptive behaviors to effective and positive coping skills.Together we can work through trauma, addiction, interpersonal relationships, communication conflicts, and anxiety management, so that you can start living a happier, stress free, and more fulfilled life!
