Therapist Overview
My goal is to create a calm, safe space for you to share and process your story and explore solutions. I aim to make your experience with therapy a positive one by assuring you feel heard, encouraged and seen. I believe the client/therapist relationship is a powerful healing tool to success in your life. I am a Psychotherapist who earned my graduate degree from The University of Michigan School of Social Work. I enjoy working with children, teens and adults. I use an attachment theory framework to help you process traumas and relationships. Additionally, my areas of clinical interest are teens, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, NICU medical trauma, postpartum mood disorders, infant mental health, life adjustments, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, and women’s issues. I believe everyone deserves a connection with their therapist because healing comes through trust and a secure relationship, in which I strive to build between us. I hope to hear from you soon.
