My goal is to help you identify and heal from issues past and present that prevents you from living your best life (including trauma, addiction, and depression). In addition to CBT, I have specialized training in trauma treatment known as Brainspotting, a powerful, cutting-edge treatment modality and a derivative of EMDR. I am a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADCI). I am Certified in Brainspotting. I am also trained in IMAGO for couples. During this time, I am offering phone, FaceTime & Zoom & in office.
