I strive to create supportive experiences that foster growth and healing while also providing the knowledge necessary to adopt effective coping skills to meet life’s challenges. I am trained and experienced in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, parent training and other modalities. My education, training, and experience include an MA in Clinical Psychology and hundreds of hours of additional training; thousands of hours of supervised experience helping clients; and years of clinical experience in a variety of settings with adults, adolescents, children, and families.
