The decision to begin therapy can be an isolating and anxious time, especially in these current crazy times that seem to have no end. Am I the only one who feels this way? We can explore these together. I work with men, women, and adolescents of diverse backgrounds, who might not believe that counseling can be sensitive to their needs. We can either meet in person or online. I have 27 years of practice and 19 years as a professor of counseling. I was a research fellow at the University of Hertfordshire, England, with a renowned obesity expert. I am certified to work with gambling disorders.
