Anxiety and stress comes to us in many different forms. Stress from work, being a parent, a student, or just daily life can become a strain. My education and training as equipped me to be a guide to others who suffer from these mental ailments as well as many other mental issues. From marriages borderline to divorce, inner healing of past traumatic events in a patient’s life, and pediatric play therapy, I am experienced and certified to take on many challenges that may come to me through my patients. Play Therapy: Children have difficulty expressing their feelings & thoughts a times, which can lead to undesirable behavior.
