Using symbols and a sand tray, you can create a visual representation of your inner workings to explore cognitively and emotionally. Similar to how a smell, song, or dream might trigger feelings, connections, and memories beyond your current awareness. Symbol Work is directly linked to your subconscious. n my office are thousands of different miniatures to express yourself with, and through discussion and reflective observation, you can recognize &/or change obstacles that have been holding you back. Used alone or in a sand tray scene, symbols and miniatures offer a concrete way to explore your subconscious mind and inner world. This approach to understanding yourself may take as long or short as you choose. In one session you can explore a situation, or pull apart a dream, or you may choose to look at deeper parts of your personality and lifestyle as part of a therapeutic journey
