Therapy is a collaborative process through which I empower the individual, couple, or family to implement meaningful change(s) that will improve their well-being. Throughout the process I engage in active listening, problem identification, problem-solving techniques and follow up. As clients gain clarity of their problems, I am able to help them create their own paths to healing. Since 1985 I have been working with individuals and families caught in high risk cycles of inter-generational child trauma and neglect. My therapy draws from a strong foundation in Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, allowing me to work with complex and difficult issues.
