At Oregon EMDR, we specialize in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR Therapy which provides opportunities to find lasting healing from past trauma, as well as, other difficulties including anxious and depressive experiences, uncomfortable transitions, relationship struggles and other life challenges. Our methods are creative and experiential and are always a product of collaborative treatment planning. Our work is goal-directed and active. We offer services to adults, children, couples and families.
