Life is so hard these days. You are feeling so alone even though you have your friends to talk to or Zoom with. You need that face to face interaction and the ability to hug your friend, family, or loved one, and just reach out and touch them. You never knew how important that physical connection was until you didn’t have it anymore. And, even though you’re missing that physical connection, you’re also so nervous about what will be when everyone is out and about again. Staying home has gotten you going stir crazy and bored. And then there are your kids who are needing a lot of attention, and you have nothing left to give. Imagine waking up and being excited to start your day. You are enjoying the things you used to, before everyone was quarantined. You are not nervous about going out with friends and being around other people. We will get there.
