It gives us new perspective, encourages us to reevaluate our priorities, and causes us to approach relationships in new ways. We are all trying to figure this out together. Whatever rules we thought applied before are likely irrelevant, so what are the next steps that we take? What kind of life do you want to live? What kind of future do you want to plan for? If you want to grieve, that is okay too. Therapy is meant to be a safe space to process, learn, and grow. My specialties include sex therapy, couples therapy, and psychotherapy with individuals aspiring for a more fulfilling life. I frequently do lectures on healthy relationships, alternative sexualities, LGBTQ health education, etc. I’m also an advocate, a volunteer, an adjunct professor, and a Behavioral Scientist at a Family Medicine residency program.
