I have served in a variety of human service capacities for more than 20 years, providing treatment and services to youth and their families. I specialize in working with behaviorally challenged teens and supporting the parents who are raising them. My goal is to assist families in building in skills to managing stress and regulate their emotions. I am Certified to teach an evidence based, court approved and trauma informed 12, 26 or 52 week Anger Management Program endorsed by the National Anger Management Association (NAMA). I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for clients with acute or chronic PTSD.
