I remember being a kid and looking forward to growing up. No matter how much my parents told me to slow down, I refused to listen! Looking back now I can see what they meant. Being an adult is awesome, but it can also be challenging at times, especially if you have kiddos. Regardless of your age maybe you are feeling the same way? Maybe life took a wrong turn, it’s not living up to your expectations, your not living up to your expectations. Whatever feelings and thoughts you may be struggling with is what I am here for. I spent 6 years working with homeless and at-risk children, teens, and families at Capital City Youth Services, Inc. While working with a multitude of populations I discovered I really enjoy working with people who have experienced trauma, family and/or couple conflict, depression and anxiety. When I am not counseling I can be found spending time with my wife, playing with my 2 kiddos, fishing at St. Marks, playing video games, running and increasing my knowledge about
