No matter what challenges we face, we can learn ways to improve our ability to meet and overcome them. I use a combination of techniques to build and enhance skills for rising to meet life’s stressful moments and to understand that our “weaknesses” can be our greatest strengths. I have more than 20 years of psychotherapy experience working with children and adults in individual, couples and family therapy. I also have an additional 13 years experience working with Developmental Disabilities, Asperger’s and Autism. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
