Therapist Overview
I am an individual therapist and Missouri licensure supervisor with over ten years of experience working with survivors of trauma and intimate partner violence. I am also a trained teacher of Kristen Neff’s Mindful Self-Compassion course, an experienced DBT skills group facilitator and therapist, and RO-DBT therapist in training. Over the past twenty years I have served as a teacher and trainer in settings ranging from elementary to graduate level classrooms and post-graduate continuing education workshops. With mindfulness as the cornerstone of my practice, I draw from DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. My style is relational, compassionate and collaborative. I also specialize in the assessment and treatment of burnout and caregiver fatigue among therapists and other helping professionals. Individuals interested in clinical licensure supervision or Mindful Self-Compassion classes or training, please contact me directly for rates and availability/scheduling.
