I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certfied Rational Hypnotherapist that focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship in order to help individuals, couples and families to better cope with various relational, emotional and psychological issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions to help people change negative thought processes, hypnotherapy to aide in smoking cessation, weight loss and eating disorders, anxiety reduction and pain management.
