Therapist Overview

My ideal client is someone who is confused or conflicted in their life. They may or may not have a clear picture of their goals and what their life should look like. How do they get there? They need guidance, clarity, and support on their life’s path. They need to connect with others, with nature, and with their true self. Perhaps they are not clear on how to get help or where they can start. In the case of feeling hopeless or helpless, they need to know they have the support of another human being and, perhaps if they are spiritual, the support of the Divine, however they see that. They are looking for wholeness. My specialty is presence and positivity. Rather than coming quickly to remedies and solutions, I come from listening fully, without judgement. It is important that my clients realize the tools they already have and the strengths that they already own. Then they can engage solutions and release blockages, either through talk therapy or energy balancing. I would like to talk to you, get to know you, explore your challenges and how we might work together. Then you can achieve a more happy, healthy and whole life.
