We all want to live healthy, engaged lives of meaning and value. As we live, negative events occur which can lead to use feeling “stuck” and miserable. However, I believe that one can choose to live differently, that change can occur for anyone regardless of your age, problems, or circumstances. Therapy with me involves engaging in a meaningful conversation with each other in a safe environment. Part of this change occurs in our establishment of a collaborative relationship emphasizing respect and authenticity. In therapy, we will explore strengths, values, ways of thinking, expression of emotion, and behaving in healthy ways. I see a variety of presenting problems including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship problems, and simply problems in living. I see children, adolescents, adults, and elderly clients. I have additional training and experience with children and adolescents. I conduct individual, couples and family therapy.
