** TAKING NEW CLIENTS ** Are you struggling? Do you need support? I’ll work to meet you where you are, no matter what stage of life you’re experiencing. I have experience working with children/adolescents/teens, and I also worked with adults experiencing trauma and a variety of other mental health challenges such as relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. Whatever challenge you’re troubled with, I will work with you by creating a SAFE SPACE. I collaborate with you, assisting you towards your goals. My approach is to listen and understand, and I will work to support you unconditionally, without judgement, and with empathy. Understanding that people are unique and from diverse life experiences, helps me utilize interventions that best suit a client’s circumstances. My approach to treatment is to use evidence based strategies. Supporting a client’s mental, emotional, physical and environmental needs is important to me, and also having a holistic view towards treatment. I am thankful to be working in a field where I believe I can make a real difference; supporting individuals, children, and families thrive to be the best version of themselves. I know it can be challenging to reach out for support, but know that everyone needs help at some point. I’m a professional and it is my goal to listen and support you with your needs!
