I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mood disorders, trauma, infertility, family conflict, sexual abuse, and relationship difficulties (including domestic violence). I am bilingual in Spanish and am sensitive to the cultural aspects of Latino/Hispanic clients. I treat clients suffering from depression, chronic stress, anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), infertility and post-partum issues. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct, and together we will work together to find your unique voice and inner wisdom. I believe that each client is an expert on their own life. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am also experienced in working with clients who are victims of violent crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, attacks, and child abuse.
