Therapist Overview

*Offering Telehealth appts* I take an approach to therapy that is centered on building trust and a belief that clients know themselves the best. I feel it is important to form a relationship that becomes the framework that leads to understanding and change. I have provided therapy to college-aged and adult populations in various settings and worked with individuals facing different concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, adjustment-related stress, difficult relationship dynamics, grief/loss, and identity development. I also specialize in working with those who are or have been impacted by a loved one’s addiction. My therapeutic approach is person centered and trauma informed. Integrates various styles tailored to each clients needs which might include CBT, psychodynamic, insight-oriented, and strengths-based work amongst others. I welcome your phone call or email for more information and to explore if working together makes sense for you.
