My goal is to help you identify the areas where you are struggling, and then work with you to achieve your own desired goals. I have experience working with survivors of trauma, those struggling with depression, low self-esteem, family issues, anxiety, grief, and sexuality issues. I believe we all hold the ability to heal ourselves, and I offer support in this journey. We all struggle, and there are times when we all need some help.
