If a person’s thinking is the same after therapy, as it was before, than nothing was accomplished. Issues, such as low self-esteem, may benefit from a psycho-dynamic approach. That is because the way we think about ourselves starts in early childhood. How we think about ourselves effects everything we do,…every decision we make. My specialty is helping clients figure out what they need to do in order to live a higher quality of life. I do that by listening & questioning.
