Therapist Overview

I enjoy working with individuals and relationships of all sorts (romantic or familial). I love exploring how people have evolved through the context of their current and past relationships and with their own internal emotional world. My ideal client is someone who may feel stuck and has a desire to evolve and explore how their core beliefs about themselves and the world are impacting their life. By exploring these beliefs and lenses that we hold from past experiences, we can begin to notice ways to increase our awareness of how these beliefs impact our life in the now and start thriving instead of just surviving. As a former military police officer in the Army, I have had to adapt tremendously as a therapist. I know that this transformation in my life brings unique perspectives and gifts that aid my work in meeting my clients from diverse backgrounds, lifestyles, and careers. I strive to find the balance between holding space and pursuing change for my clients. Finding the best fit for
