Begin Care- As a clinical psychologist I help people build awareness and manage their behaviors in order to experience healthy and fulfilling lives. I start with an evaluation then adapt my methods to a client’s need, urgency and focus. In each case, I create a plan and give and request feedback about the therapy and progress made. I offer a confidential and secure measurement-based care tool for journaling and logging symptoms, functioning and progress. I find a pace that best fits the client, work in a friendly and focused way and explain complex issues with straightforward language. Treatment- Every condition requires an evidence-based approach, a practical application of findings and methods from current psychological research. I join evidence-based methods with common psychological wisdom to approach the multifaceted nature of people and their issues. I also use my lived experience to bring depth, compassion and courage to work. Clinical Experience- I am a native of the Bay Area
