Therapist Overview

Whether you are experiencing conflict in a relationship or work-place, still holding onto difficult memories from early trauma or struggling with depression, anxiety, grief or behaviors that make you feel stuck, a solution exists for everything. In a safe and compassionate setting, I bring curiosity, experience and years of training to help you tap into your own deep wisdom, peace and equanimity. Certified in IFS (Internal Family Systems), trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (3 years) and other mindfulness-based modalities, I have dedicated myself to honing my skills as a therapist to best fit the needs of every client. I believe there’s a natural potential for healing in each of us. I see my job as someone who facilities my clients’ reconnection to their own wisdom and resilience. My approach is eclectic though I am grounded in the IFS model, which views people as adaptable, resourceful and carrying inside all the ingredients necessary for change and healing. Often the first step
