Therapist Overview

I believe that therapy is about hope and choices. I know that when a person begins to feel supported and understood, change can happen rapidly. I provide highly individualized treatment that combines the best of evidence-based practices with mindfulness and movement awareness. I have worked for over 30 years with children, adolescents, young adults and adults who are challenged with anxiety, depression and unresolved trauma. I am a Movement Therapist who became a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I help people to create well-being by balancing thoughts, feelings and actions. I am certified in TF-CBT and CBT with adolescents and have worked with self-injurious youth and victims of sex trafficking.
