I truly believe the connection between therapist and client is essential to successful therapy and connecting with my clients – is my greatest asset. I do this by providing a caring, non-judgmental, supportive presence and a listening ear. In this safe place, I come alongside individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, co-dependency, life purpose and transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, faith issues and women’s issues and help them move forward. My specialty is grief recovery. I use the Grief Recovery Method, an Evidence Based Process for working with grievers who have experience the death of a loved one, and any other significant emotional loss, trauma or life transitions. I provide support and tools to help grievers begin to live again. I also offer Faith-Based Christian Counseling upon request.
