I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns, and also enjoy working with clients who are struggling with other mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, grief, and others. My clinical work is largely rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is an extremely effective treatment in which we identify our negative thought patterns that impact how we feel and what we do. When we can change or ‘reframe’ our thought patterns, we can feel more joy, calm, hope, humor and gratitude.
