You’ve tried to manage this feeling on your own, but you’ve come to the realization that it’s time to reach out for help. You’ve taken the first step by seeking out therapy. I strongly believe that we all have the capacity to heal and grow within ourselves, but we often need outside support to help us reach and utilize those inner resources. I am here to provide that outside support. I approach therapy from a place of loving, non-judgmental acceptance. I meet you where you are, knowing that you are the expert of your own life. I am simply here to help you on your journey. I am ready to show-up in a real and authentic way, asking the same from you in order to build a working relationship of trust and respect. I work with teens, young adults, and LGBTQ+ folx who are seeking support.
