My approach to therapy is to combine psychoanalytic, trauma-focused, and person-centered therapies. My philosophy is to allow individuals to develop their own goals for treatment, but I am also able to work with individuals to develop goals that are realistic and attainable for them. I specialize in adoption, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and complex trauma, and I also help individuals with relationship issues, behavioral issues, grief and loss, and identity development. I am an adult adoptee, so I have an understanding of the complexity involved in adoption. I offer evening hours and a sliding fee scale in lieu of insurance. I work with adolescents from the ages of 13 up and adults of various ethnicities and sexual orientations.
