Everyday life can be difficult. Even more so when you are feeling anxious, depressed, confused, overwhelmed, or defeated. I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate struggles to feel happier and more fulfilled. Whatever your struggle may be, from anxiety or depression, to a difficulty with relationships and coping with everyday life, I am here to help. I strive to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged. My goal is to give you a safe and non-judgemental place to heal and grow. I am experienced in a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral/CBT, dialectical behavior/DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care, to name just a few. Another tool of treatment I sometimes use is EEG Neurofeedback. I have learned and witnessed how this intervention enhances and strengthens the therapeutic and growth process.
